The Buidling Safety Act 2022" now introducing significant reforms to the building safety regime, and inparticular for buildings which are deemed higher risk. Defining higher risk buildings by their height and use, typically a building with at least two residential dwellings and 18 meters high or 7 storeys or above. Greenbridge are working closely with developers to ensure any Solar PV system is designed with saftey in mind throughout the rigorous three stage gateway system, in accordance with fire safety and more importantly structural safety of the Solar System.
